Revenge of the Cleaners

“As the infection spread further north into Canada, Toronto quickly turned into a Dark Zone while the Strategic Homeland Division struggles to find a cure for the virus. After Joe Ferro’s death, remnants of the Cleaners fled there to regroup and establish a new leader. It turns out that Toronto is still not fully deserted… Abandoned TTC employees who lost everything roam the streets– the very people who risked their lives to evacuate everyone else out the city during the outbreak. The cleaners now use street cars retrofitted with flamethrowers to patrol their newly claimed territory, exterminating innocent survivors and anyone else who get in their way.
A new leader of the Cleaners emerges. As a result, they now have control of electricity and the power grid.
This new generation of Cleaners pose a threat to the Division.
